MITAINEDOR is an opportunity, carried out with agility and passion, to combine common benefits in making horror games differently. A light, lean and refreshing work philosophy, built on trust and listening, and a response to the social thirst for escapism. An act of curiosity towards the territory and the fauna, through multiple stories about human relationships, sacrifices, vulnerability, courage and care. And still with a lot of blood.

HOW

MITAINEDOR is a retro gaming console, inspired by the Commodore 64 (1982) and the original Nintendo Game Boy (1989). A fictional console, full of pixelated screens, buttons and switches. A "hardware" UI, mirroring the player into an abstract reality, giving him the illusion of control over the darkest places. Play a mythopoetic (mythopoeia) meta-redeemer during an unusual hunting season. Kill the infection, choose your own way to face the obstacles, to overcome challenges, and save the dark forest from the horrors of the past.

MITAINEDOR is a unique French-Canadian horror video game where Territory is a character, and maple syrup is the blood of it. It's also a reflection on the balance between life and death, on the beauty of shapes, colors, sounds and words. Mitainedor is a fight within oneself, a search for strenght, bravery and transcendence.
